Visiting Singapore Countryside

Nicole's gong gong and por por are here for their yearly visit to Singapore. We are working most of the days during their stay, can only bring them out on weekends. Today we brought them to Singapore's countryside,Kranji, 1st time for all of us, including Mike, being a Singaporean, he has never explored this area before... we went to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve for a blissful walk and lunch at Bollywood Veggies, we had rice with some yummy vege fm their farm, but we did not do much there as it's so so hot under the noon sun. We then visited Hay Dairies, Nicole was so happy feeding the goats, keep calling the goats "wow wow" (dog), and she likes the fresh goat milk, finished almost half a bottle herself...so we bought a few more bottles back for her and my inlaws. We headed home at abt 3pm for nic's nap, called it a wonderful day out for everyone...

Our long waited Club Med Bintan Trip turned out a fun-filled one!

We booked this Club Med trip a few months ago, we were all very excited abt this 5D4N trip ( 1Nov- 5Nov). This is the very first trip I ever went with such a big group of friends, total 6 families! Club Med is really a great choice for family holidays, there is something for everybody, including the little ones, be it food or activities. We enjoyed our buffet meals 3 times a day at the restaurant, had fun participating some activities. We even engaged a baby sitter for Nicole for 2 mornings, so Mike and I could enjoy some free time swimming and aqua gym... Nicole enjoyed sand play and fish feeding in the sea most of all, she's back with a very healthy sun tanned look...

Learning to draw with Aqua Doodle

Aqua Doodle is a drawing mat, it comes with a magic pen which only use water to draw, so it's non-toxic and very safe for young kids. Surprisingly Nicole seems to know how to hold the pen, and she did some "drawing" on the mat... well done Nic!

Water Play @ Vivo City

Today is a public holiday ( Hari Raya Puasa) & Children Day, it's very crowded at Vivo City. We originally planned to meet Stephanie for lunch at Garuda, but the restaurant is closed today. In the end, we had our lunch at White Dog Cafe, Steph brought her maid to somewhere else for lunch before meeting us for water play...

I like Pizza!

Baby Max also wants milk milk...

Visiting Singapore Flyer with Yie Yie, Ma Ma, Gu Por & Biao Gu

Tho it's been raining everyday last week, today's weather is good, so 6 adults and baby nic squeeezed into our car and headed to Singapore Flyer around 11 in the morning. There were not many ppl, only we and another family in the capsule. 30mins passed pretty fast, maybe I was busy playing with the camera and did not see much up there... Nic is too small to enjoy the scenery, but she had fun walking around and playing. Err... Fil said " it's waste of time and money..." *sigh* nothing to say...

Baby, Baby, Baby Signing Time

when it's food related, she learns especially fast!

Sunday Morning

We brought Nic for a morning walk at East Coast Park, she seemed to be happy having her little bare feet stepping on the sand for the very first time. Last time we came here for a picnic with the big group a few months back, she still could not walk...

Bye-bye to our buddy for 6 long years...

Today we handed over our Suzuki Ignis to the PI when collecting the new car, I was really sad when I heard that it' will be scrapped. I was hoping that it would be exported to some 3rd world countries and continue its journey... My first car was also a Suzuki, Mighty Boy, it was a X-hand, a very old 2 seater, less than 700cc, but it saved me lots of time waiting for bus during my stay in Brisbane... Talking abt this makes me miss those days so so much...
