Gymboree

We went to Gymboree HarbourFront again for the free trial class. Same as last time, Nicole 's only interested in balls, this time is those balls with holes . She grabbed 2 balls and did not want to let go. I made her share the balls with an Indian bb, who is 10-month-old and walking like Nicole... so amazing to see such a small bb walking around...

Overall, she enjoyed the whole class, chasing balls, playing with bubbles and trying different rocking activities... proud to say she's the most active and noisiest girl in the class, oh! and the daddy had no chance to sleep there this time as there were too many people...hahaha

The weather was so hot at noon time, we quickly headed to Carl's Jr for lunch and went home for a nap, the car boot sales ended earlier as it started raining in the afternoon.

Officially a Toddler

Nicole started walking a few steps independently about 2 weeks back. She's been so excitingly exploring this new found skill these few days, walking with 2 hands up non-stop in the house, Fil said she will be running around real soon.






The anklet she's wearing was Daddy's, mil had kept it for 30 over yrs! Guess I will keep it for Nicole's offspring as well.

Happy Birthday to Giselle & Daryl

We were invited to a party at Mildred's cosy new house for Giselle and Daryl's birthday today. Everyone had a great time, especially the kids, including Nic, had fun playing with Giselle jie jie's toys. Except the Elmo birthday cake, Jen made us some nice cupcakes, yum yum...

Walking in the pool

It's cloudy today, seemed like will start raining any time, we went next door kopitiam for lunch, and rushed to kid's pool. She practised walking in the pool. See our girl is still scared whenever there's water gets into her eyes... I am going to put her under the shower more often, let her get more used to it.
